The Richard Morgan Summer Research Fellowship at UCLA
To increase diversity in the physician-scientist workforce by providing individualized research preparation and mentorship for undergraduate students who plan to apply to MD-PhD programs, including the UCLA-Caltech Medical Scientist Training Program .
CBMP X L.A. Care Health Plan Scholarship
This award provides $1,500 scholarships to ten (10) second, third, and fourth-year students who have demonstrated leadership during their tenure in medical school.

Eligibility:
-Students must be in good academic standing, 1 official transcript must be uploaded.
-Applicants must be currently enrolled at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, University of California, Riverside (UCR),, University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, or Western University of Health Sciences in culminating MD, MD/PhD, DO, or DO/PhD programs, unless otherwise specified.
-Applicants must identify as an African American/Black Male
-Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident
-Demonstrated leadership ability
-Commitment to serving medically underserved communities
-One (1) letter of recommendation
